Molasses cannot be homogeneously mixed or blended with feed in a ribbon type mixer. Molasses and feed is homogenously mixed with out any lump formation.

The molasses blender is a set of paddles and knives mounted on a central shaft rotating in a cylindrical steel casing at high rpm. Molasses blender is a continuous process machine unlike batch type ribbon mixer.

The desired output will determine the length of casing and required power. Paddle assembly is dynamically balanced for noise and vibration free performance.

Knives of molasses blender can be changed easily after they are worn out.
