Details of auto bagging unit are as follows.
- Electronic weighing system – It is basically weighing scale having two vertical set points for coarse and fine feeding. The capacity of the scale is 100 Kg with 10 gm least count. The weight of each bag along with nos. of bags per shift is displayed on indicator provided on the system. The auto bag clamping arrangement is also provided.
- Pneumatically operated knife-edge gate valve - The knife-edge gate valve is pneumatically operated by solenoid valve. The cylinder size is 200 bore and 250 stroke. The closing and opening of gate is controlled by weigh scale and limit switch/sensor mounted on it.
- Stitching machine – the stitching machine is double thread chain stitch type. It is mounted on pillar type column and it’s height can be adjusted. It is Indian make.
- Wooden slat conveyor – The wooden slat conveyor is fabricated from steel structure and is sturdy and stable in design. It is powered by 1 HP electrical motor.
- Electrical Panel – Totally enclosed dust proof sheet metal motor control center. All electrical items are of standard make L&T. All electrical cables are ISI standard.
